1 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on the t678 platform, accessing any game or betting market, making a deposit, or claiming any bonus or promotional offer, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the t678 platform and should not proceed with account registration.

These Terms & Conditions, together with the t678 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Bonus Terms, and any supplementary rules applicable to specific games or promotions, collectively form the entire agreement between you and t678. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and any supplementary document, these Terms & Conditions shall take precedence unless the supplementary document explicitly states otherwise.

t678 operates as an online casino and sports betting platform serving adult players in Bangladesh. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), and the platform is designed to function seamlessly with local payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and major Bangladeshi bank transfers. Use of the platform constitutes your acknowledgement that you are accessing t678 voluntarily and for lawful recreational purposes only.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to the t678 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of registration. t678 operates a zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage gambling. Any player found to be under the age of 18 will have their account immediately and permanently closed, and all funds held in that account will be returned in full to the original payment method used for deposit. No bonuses, winnings, or promotional credits associated with the underage account will be paid out.

By registering on t678, you explicitly represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age and are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction;
• You are the rightful owner of the payment method(s) used to deposit funds into your t678 account, or you are explicitly authorised to use those payment methods;
• You are not registering on behalf of any third party and are not acting as an agent for any other person in connection with your t678 account;
• You are accessing t678 as an individual for personal recreational purposes and not as a representative of any commercial entity;
• You have not previously been self-excluded from t678 or any affiliated platform, and your account has not been closed by t678 for violations of these Terms & Conditions.

Age Verification Process

t678 employs a mandatory age and identity verification process for all new accounts. During or shortly after registration, you will be required to submit a valid government-issued identification document — such as a National ID Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate — to confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement. Account deposits may be restricted and withdrawals held pending successful age verification.

3 Account Registration & Security

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on t678. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, the same payment method, or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where t678 identifies duplicate accounts, all such accounts may be closed and any associated balances forfeited, at the sole discretion of t678.

Registration Requirements

When registering a t678 account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. This includes your legal full name as it appears on your government-issued identification, a valid email address that you control, your date of birth, your mobile phone number (used for account security and bKash/Nagad payment verification), and your residential address in Bangladesh. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account closure.

Account Security Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your t678 account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. t678 will never contact you to request your password. If you receive any communication claiming to be from t678 and requesting your password, treat it as fraudulent and report it immediately to [email protected].

• You must not share your t678 account credentials with any other person under any circumstances;
• You must log out of your t678 account when using shared or public devices;
• You must notify t678 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account;
• t678 is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure, provided that t678 has not been negligent in its own security obligations.

Account Information Updates

It is your responsibility to keep your registered account information current and accurate at all times. If your email address, phone number, or payment method details change, you must update your account profile promptly. t678 may require re-verification of identity following any significant change to account details.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on t678 are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). t678 does not charge currency conversion fees, and your account balance is always displayed and settled in BDT. t678 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, and direct bank transfers from City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.

Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction across all supported payment methods;
• Deposits are credited to your t678 account balance in real time or within a maximum of five minutes of successful payment confirmation from your payment provider;
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used to deposit funds. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are strictly prohibited;
• t678 does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency payments, or any payment method not listed in the t678 cashier;
• t678 reserves the right to impose additional limits on deposit amounts in connection with responsible gaming obligations or fraud prevention measures.

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction;
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability. Where this is not possible, t678 will contact you to arrange an alternative withdrawal route;
• Withdrawals are typically processed within ten minutes during standard Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. Withdrawals requested outside business hours may take up to 24 hours to process;
• Identity verification must be completed in full before any withdrawal can be processed. t678 will not release funds to an unverified account;
• t678 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests above ৳50,000 and may request supporting documentation confirming the source of funds.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

t678 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to these Terms & Conditions and to any specific bonus terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered. In the event of any conflict between a specific bonus term and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific bonus term will take precedence only in respect of the matter explicitly addressed.

Welcome Bonus

New t678 players may be eligible for a welcome bonus on their first qualifying deposit. The welcome bonus amount, percentage, minimum qualifying deposit, and applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated on the t678 promotions page at the time of offer. The welcome bonus is available to new accounts only, one per household, one per device, and one per payment method. Players who create multiple accounts to claim the welcome bonus more than once will have all associated accounts closed and winnings voided.

Wagering Requirements

All bonuses issued by t678 are subject to a wagering requirement, which must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated for each individual offer. Wagering contributions from different game categories (slots, live casino, sports betting) may vary and are specified in the bonus-specific terms. It is the player's responsibility to read and understand the wagering terms before claiming any bonus.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until applicable wagering requirements are met in full;
• t678 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to the bonus being claimed by an eligible player;
• Bonus funds expire if not used within the timeframe specified in the individual bonus terms. Expired bonus funds are removed from the account without notice;
• t678 may cancel any bonus and associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: wagering with the primary intent of meeting wagering requirements rather than genuine play; exploiting mathematical loopholes; or colluding with other players;
• Only one active bonus may be held in a player's account at any one time, unless t678 explicitly states otherwise for a specific promotional campaign.

6 Fair Use & Prohibited Conduct

t678 is committed to providing a fair, safe, and enjoyable environment for all players. To protect the integrity of the platform and the experience of the broader t678 community, the following conduct is strictly prohibited. Any player found engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed at t678's sole discretion, and any associated balances or pending withdrawals may be forfeited.

Prohibited Activities

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false registration information, using stolen payment methods, or impersonating another person;
• Money laundering: Using the t678 platform to deposit, move, or withdraw funds derived from illegal or criminal activity. t678 is obligated to report suspicious transaction patterns to relevant authorities;
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market offered on t678;
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to interact with t678 games or betting markets in place of genuine human play;
• Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting technical faults, display errors, pricing errors, or software bugs in the t678 platform. Any winnings obtained through knowingly exploiting a platform error will be voided;
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your payment provider in respect of a t678 deposit without first contacting t678 support to resolve the dispute. Chargeback abuse will result in immediate account closure and recovery of associated funds;
• Prohibited jurisdictions: Accessing t678 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited under applicable local law. It is the player's sole responsibility to ensure their use of t678 is lawful in their jurisdiction.

Intellectual Property

All content on the t678 platform — including but not limited to software, games, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and data — is the intellectual property of t678 or its licensed third-party partners. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise exploit any t678 content without prior written permission from t678.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

t678 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where t678 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• The account has been accessed by or is operated by a person under the age of 18;
• There is evidence of fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity associated with the account;
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform, other players, or t678's legal compliance obligations;
• The player has initiated a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting t678 to resolve the matter.

Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their t678 account voluntarily may do so at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Upon receiving a voluntary closure request, t678 will process any verified withdrawal of the remaining account balance to the player's registered payment method, subject to standard identity verification and wagering requirement checks. The closure will be processed within five business days of the request being confirmed.

Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request self-exclusion through the t678 Responsible Gaming tools available in the account dashboard. Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to permanent exclusion. During any active self-exclusion period, t678 will make all reasonable efforts to ensure the excluded player cannot access the platform or receive marketing communications. 8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, t678, its directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, game studio partners, and technology providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the t678 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses.

t678 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the t678 platform will be available without interruption, that it will be free of technical errors or security vulnerabilities, or that any specific game or betting outcome will meet your expectations. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, subject to scheduled maintenance windows and unforeseen technical issues which t678 will endeavour to resolve as promptly as possible.

Force Majeure

t678 shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms & Conditions where such failure or delay arises from circumstances beyond t678's reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, internet infrastructure failures, power outages, cyber-attacks, or failures by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, or Rocket. In such circumstances, t678 will communicate with affected players and resolve outstanding transactions as promptly as possible after the force majeure event has subsided.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute between a player and t678 arising from these Terms & Conditions or the operation of the t678 platform should be submitted in the first instance to the t678 support team at [email protected]. t678 will acknowledge all formal dispute submissions within 48 hours and will aim to resolve all disputes within 14 calendar days of receiving complete information from the player. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, t678 will provide the player with information regarding available alternative dispute resolution options.
